[COVID-19 Safety Measures and What to Expect When Visiting]

We the plan-B is committed to prevent the spread of the new corona virus infection during your visit by following the guidelines issued by the Tokyo Metropolitan Government and extending our hygiene practice carefully. As part of the prevention effort, we keep the backdoor open during events for ventilation. This may cause an unusual noisy setting in the space with the sound coming from outside such as Nakano-dori street. Thank you in advance for your understanding and cooperation.

If you meet the conditions below, please refrain from visiting the venue:

1) You have symptoms such as a higher temperature than normal, coughs, difficulty breathing, fatigue, sore throat, nasal discharge, nasal congestion, loss of taste or smell, aches and pains, diarrhea, nausea, and/or vomiting, or if you feel unwell.

2) If you had a close contact with a confirmed COVID-19 positive individual.

3) If you have visited a country/region with entry restrictions or quarantine requirement upon (re)entry within two weeks, or if you have a close-contact with the resident of such country/region within two weeks.

*If you have pre-existing conditions such as diabetes, heart disease, or respiratory disease, or if you are pregnant, please consult with doctors or medical professionals and assess your condition carefully, before making a visit.

★Keeping everyone safe★

1) Please make sure to wear your mask at all times in the venue. Your mask needs to be non-woven, which is more effective at preventing the spread of the virus, and tight-fitting especially around the nose. We are reinforcing a “no mask, no entry” policy.

2) Please practice cough etiquette and hand hygiene.

3) Please give yourself plenty of time for your visit.

4) Please maintain social distance of at least 1 meter with other visitors, especially when lining up, entering and exiting, and moving between rooms.

5) Please refrain from speaking with a loud voice.

6) Please refrain from eating and drinking in the venue, except for the designated area. Please also avoid talking when your mask is removed.

*In addition, we recommend you to make a record of your visiting date and time, just in case.
